Ginger in Cosmetology
Ginger is a product that revitalizes a person both internally and externally. We just need to know a few rules of its use to prolong youth, beauty and strengthen the defenses. If inside, the root is often used as an ingredient for tea, then outside – it is a unique tool for home cosmetics. So, a face mask with ginger solves a whole range of problems:
- revitalizes the skin to its deepest layers;
- it relieves inflammations;
- Reduces the number of microbial flora;
- tones and tightens;
- Establishes access of nutrients to the skin cells;
- evens out the complexion.
More often ginger can be found in therapeutic products. It combats blackheads, acne, pimples and other skin defects that are not caused by allergies and are not accompanied by wounds. In the composition of ginger juice, which is used in cosmetology, includes antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamins, amino acids, essential oils and a whole range of active substances, which has a complex effect on the skin and body. Even in ancient times in the East, women mixed the juice of the healing root with olive oil and applied it to the skin to make it clean, smooth and even in tone.
A ginger face mask is the easiest way to make your skin beautiful and healthy. But it is strictly forbidden to use ginger alone because of its irritant effect.
